Chris Clark knows real estate well! During this changing market he was able to still advise me accurately on which direction to take. I had to move down to Texas before getting the house sold. While in Texas he got my house on contract, and he continued to walk me through the process of what's next to prevent any delays that could have happened on my side of the table as a seller. As an engineer I tend to ask a lot of questions about process and he answered them all. I am happy to have worked with Chris for this large life event. He made it easy.
